Essential doorbells not found

I'm running version 5.6.3 (9163) of the Arlo App. After hours of speaking/chatting with support my doorbells are still not found. At this point, I believe they need a firmware upgrade. My other two doorbells are running firmware version 1.9.1.0_8_9eedd22_ceefa-49. 

 

I recently put my security system on line. I've attempted to connect using a 2.4 network, VPN off, Bluetooth on (per L3 support), within 5 feet of the router. The lights flash white and then go "red" which I've never seen before. The doorbells are fully charged. 

 

I had these two doorbells on my network before and would really like to get them back on and operational. Appreciate the community's help.
