Trying to install Essential camera but app not finding it - doorbell installed with no problem

Just purchased Arlo Essential camera but app not finding it.  Using the same wifi network (UK Sky Broadband) as for the Essential doorbell which I have had for some time.

FYI, you selected the wrong model in your post.   The Essential Spotlight is VMC2030, the Essential w/o the spotlight is VMC2020.

 

You do need to be careful to select the correct model when you use Add Device.  For example, if you pick the Essential, when you have the Essential Spotlight, the process will fail.
