Hi Guys
I have paid $14.99/month for unlimited arlo essential outside cameras...we purchased three to start and connected fine...then went and purchased two more and can not get them to connect to our wifi...it says no arlo device found....
I have been through all the trouble shooting etc etc and it will not let me add a new device...
please help ....

Have you reset the new ones?

Also, be sure you're using your WiFi for the phone and not cell service or a VPN.
