I have been charged 5 times for arlo subscription but it shows I do no have a subscription at all and says Master Plan not assigned on the account. Unable to assign supplemental plan. Please help! That's over $60 charged but no subscription and no way to speak with a representative due to not being a priority because I don't have a subscription.
