I've seen this post with others as well. Would like to know what the issue is. I have the Arlo Secure subscription being charged 12.99 per month. I have no recording options on my cameras and my account states I don't have an active subscription, yet I'm still being charged the monthly plan fee.
Frustrating as well as others have stated as you can't speak to anyone about this. We were out of town and our cameras did not record.
