Starlink will not find Essential Spotlight in app

I am trying to connect the Arlo Essential Spotlight VMC2030 to Starlink. I have a dual band. I’ve split them to hopefully just connect to the 2.4Ghz. I can see the connection to my network in the Starlink app but the Arlo app will not detect the device. Any ideas?

Have you checked via the browser at   my.arlo.com   ?

What does that do? Can you provide more information on what you mean?

It's just another method to access your system, just as you do with the app. Sometimes one method works better than another. If nothing else, it's a good troubleshooting step.

Ok. I will give that a try this evening.  I can't help but think that it has something specific to do with Starlink.  But I have separated the 2.4 & 5G and I still can't get it to connect.
