Solar charger stopped working

Put a arlo solar charger on my essential spotlight camera worked about 8 or 9 months. But has stopped charging ! The camera charges and hold a charge when using ac charging system. Suspecting the solar charger failed

Try cleaning the contacts on both the camera and panel to see if that helps.

If you are still within the 1 year hardware warranty period, you can reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
