Renewal of secure plan

Hi my secure plan will be expired today.  I have subscribed the annual renewal plan and settled with my credit card 3 days ago.  However I am still receiving the service expiration notice today.  When I checked my bank statement, the payment status was showed as “Pending”.  I asked my bank and they claimed they are pending the confirmation from Merchant.  Please let me know if you need anything to process my payment.  I don’t want to lose any functions for my Arlo cam.

The service should renew when you complete the transaction. If it's still showing pending on your statement, there may be an issue with the billing information that needs corrected. I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support team within the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support to investigate further.
