How do I remove my Verisure camera that I no longer have with me. So it is not connected to my Wi-Fi or have it physically. But shows in my app but the remove button will not work.

Can't help with Verisure. You may need to contact them. As for an Arlo camera that they provided, use the Arlo app, go to Settings, My Devices and remove the camera. If Verisure doesn't use the Arlo app, maybe they have the same functionality in their app. Otherwise, you'll have to contact them for help.
