Purchased a new phone and now I can't login

I moved and got a new phone. Now I can’t reconnect to my cameras

Do you know what is preventing you? Is it the two-step verification process?

It's not clear if this is a phone issue or a wifi issue (or both).  Let's start with WiFi.

  • Do you use a base station, or is the camera connected to your home wifi?
  • Is your router still using the same wifi network name and password as before?
  • Can you access the cameras using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com)?
