It's not clear if this is a phone issue or a wifi issue (or both). Let's start with WiFi.
- Do you use a base station, or is the camera connected to your home wifi?
- Is your router still using the same wifi network name and password as before?
- Can you access the cameras using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com)?
