I have three Arlo essential pros. One of them will not reconnect to wifi. Any suggestions? Already did factory reset.

Are you getting the chime when you scan the QR code? If you aren't then you might need to exchange the camera (or start a warranty RMA).
If you've only tried from the app, then maybe also try from a PC (browse to my.arlo.com). If you can connect the PC with ethernet, then do that.
FWIW, no such thing as an "essential pro" - mixing in the "pro" potentially will confuse people here.
