I just received my essential arlo camera and figured out that I have 5GHz WiFi.  Can I get a Hub and hook that to my router then connect my arlo cameras?  I just dont want to have to send them back if I can figure out a way to connect them to my WiFi.

Normally the router modem can support multiple wifi bands. Check the router manual for instructions on turning on the 2.4ghz band. It could be a switch on the side of the unit.

 

Yes a 4xxx or 5000 base can also be used to connect the cameras.
