Hi! Hoping someone can help. My camera suddenly stopped recording and sending me notifications but I can still see the live. Normally glitches like this resolve themselves within a day but it's been over 24 hours now. I've done all I can with troubleshooting including unload and reinstall the app and messed around with modes, etc. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Oh man...why didn't I think to do that first??? It brought the unsubscribed camera back to life and I guess I'll have to wait for some motion to see if the other issue is resolved but I have a good feeling about it. Thank you and I know that is the very first thing I should have tried. 🤗

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Ok.  Then the subscription is in force.

 

What mode is the system in?  Have you looked in the settings for that mode, and made sure there is a rule for the camera there?

I'm in "arm away" mode. I've looked through all the settings and they are the same as they've always been. Not sure why it suddenly stopped working. Normally, I would just reset the device, but this is a remote property and I'm 10 hours away.  By the way, thank you so much for trying to help me with this. It's much appreciated!

Is this one one particular camera or on numerous? I am unsure if you are iOS or Android so here is some troubleshooting steps for both:

Thanks for the reply. I use iOS. I watched the video that you linked and have already gone through all of those steps. To answer your first question, I have two cameras. One, which we're talking about, is the one I'm able to see the live stream but I'm not getting notifications. The other is off-line (this happened at the same time as the issue with the other camera started). There's no picture and has a red icon with an exclamation mark in the center of the screen where the love livestream normally is.

 The camera that is offline will more then likely need reset, that camera is not on a subscription plan. However, the other camera does appear to be online. Let's try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and see if that makes a difference at all.
