Not recording with subscription Arlo essential VMC2030

I have 3 cameras with subscription service and none of them are recording. I tried  to restart them and restart the base and still not working.  I have a yellow dot on settings icon and checked everything to find where  the issue is and there is indicator on anything no farmware update needed or armed setting needed all modes activity zones and positions are set fine.  Subscriptpn is current.

You could try phone support.

 

One option (PITA) is to remove everything from the account, do hardware resets on the base and cameras, and then add everything back.

 

The hardware reset for the base uses a paper clip.  On the VMC2030s, you hold sync for about 15 seconds (you can release sync when the camera LED flashes blue, but the reset doesn't complete until it flashes amber 3x).
