The easiest way to move to a new house is to set the WiFi to use the same SSID and password as before. The camera would never know the difference.
Have you tried pinch zooming the QR code when trying to scan it or taking a picture of it and printing it out? You may need to reset the doorbell by closely following this FAQ:
