No longer recording locally with the vmb5000

• From today morning, vmb5000 can not recording any video clip. I don't have subscription

What have you tried and what do you see? Any error messages?

Hi, 

In the alro app, it show error message that there was error to get library when I click the library button on the app.

Should I try reconfigure alro camera?

Have you rebooted the hub? Have you ejected the drive for viewing on a computer to verify recordings are or are not being made? You may also want to reboot your router and hub, in that order, as well as reboot your phone and reinstall the app.

Note that some folks have had to resort to removing the hub from their account and starting fresh to gain control.
