Hi,
I just created a new Arlo account and added one of my essential wire free cameras. Logged into the portal and I can only see that I have no subscription ( but no option to add a subscription). I am using a US phone number and have my US address on the profile. Have tried cleaning the browser cache and also have tried accessing using an incognito window.
Could someone point to me possible solutions please?

IIRC: While I was in my free trial period, I don't recall seeing the subscription options immediately after setting up my account. Additional information on subscription options came a bit later (and via email again IIRC) - perhaps as long as a few days.
Of course, this assumes Arlo is still providing a free trial period with a purchase....
