Hello I got the outdoor spotlight cameras first day having them and they were working get and out of no where I get a notification from one of my cameras saying needs factory reset and puff the camera is off line and so is all the footage it took any one knows how to fix this please and thank you

No I got it working again after hours of reseating . It started working just the lights not work the blue and amber
