Hi one of our cameras died and we had to replace them with 3 new cameras. How do we tell our account that 3 new cameras need to be on our monthly plan? The new cameras were placed on a trial. Should we cancel our plan and renew it when the trial is over?

Do you have Secure or Secure Plus?
When the trial ends (or is cancelled), the cameras will shift to a no-plan status. You can the go into "manage cameras" in the subscription area, and move the cameras to your plan (dragging them from the no-plan list to the subscription list). Do this with the PC browser (my.arlo.com).
