Arlo essential spotlight camera not charging

Why won’t my Arlo cameras charge? They have been on the charger all day and they won’t even power on. What do I do?

Make sure the connections on both the camera and cable are clean and that the connector is well-seated. Also ensure that the cable is fully connected to the charger - maybe it's not fully seated. You can also try a different charger with the same output (5V @2A).
