My outdoor essential camera vmc2020 don't connect

I've been trying to connect my camera, which is fully charged, but when I attempt to sync it with Wi-Fi, the blue light doesn't appear. I pressed the sync button, but nothing happens. I also reached out to support, but I'm still waiting for a response.

Did the blue LED show solidly when the battery was fully charged? You may want to try this procedure to reset the camera: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera If no good, swap at the store.
