Arlo Essential Indoor/Outdoor Spotlight Camera 3-pack Will not charge. I purchased them on 9/15/2023 . It’s should still be under manufactured warranty? How do I contact Arlo to see what can be done?

Warranty varies according to your location. In the US, it's one year so your cameras, assuming you installed them on or about the date you posted, would be out of warranty. You can use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support offers.
However, do ALL cameras not charge? Have you tried a different charger and cable? Did you let the batteries totally run down or are you trying to proactively charge them? If you let them run down, try this:

The key is to plug in and unplug many times until the battery gets enough charge to then charge normally.
