I have 2 old Arlo cameras and a new one (Arlo essential spotlight camera).

I charged all...the old ones worked perfectly as usual. However, the new one (essential spotlight) looked frozen.

First, the flashlight was on all the time. Then, I noticed that it was not recording when I installed it. The message is (your Arlo device appears offline. Please make sure it is powered on and connected to the Internet."

I tried to restart it a few times. It shows a fast blinking blue color followed by a short orange colour.

As you can see, the camera is the problem because the other cameras are working...

Any advice please? TIA

Perhaps try a factory reset: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

The only issue is that I had to subscribe again because I have lost the monthly plan

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to my question.

It's working perfectly now 🙂
