The camera used to work fine. Then there was this glitch or something that made the cam footage appear smudged with mud or something else blocking the lens.. despite there being a Shiny lens. Please note the cam was used outdoors.

Could be a faulty camera but first bring it closer to your router or hub to see if things change. Verify that the camera isn't zoomed in the Video Settings of the camera's settings. If all looks good, remove the camera from your account and add it back as if new. If still a problem, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see if official support can help.
