Lag and weird noise during viewing live

Hi so I have the Arlo essential spotlight (3) and just the regular Arlo essential (1). All hooked up to the same WiFi. I have read the lag could be if I was not home or hooked to a different network. But when I’m
Home it still had about 3 sec lag. Is that normal. And I am using my iPhone 11 to view the live feed.

Any internet based camera will have a slight lag. 3 seconds is pretty good. My Pro3 Spotlight connected to my Hub has about 3-5 sec lag.
