Just got an Arlo, can't setup on Google Wifi 2.4

Just got an Arlo, can't setup on Google Wifi 2.4 the Arlo Support phone number won't take my call as I've not registered a product which I can't do. Support by phone is free for 90 days but the new Support number won't let people in. Come on Arlo, you can do better.

The app can't connect to the camera. In setup, The app displays the QR code, the camera chirps but them the setup wizards spins. No error messages. How can I talk to a person?
