How long until fully charged

Does the app tell me the battery level and how long to fully charge a new camera

The app will tell you the battery level (and whether the camera is charging or not).  It won't estimate how long it will take to fully charge the camera.

 

Note it will only tell you this after you on-board the camera.  If you haven't done this yet, then I suggest charging the camera for an hour or so - that should make sure it has enough power to do the onboarding.
