Issues connecting to my router

Hello,

I've recently purchased a new Modem-Router and I'm have issues connecting my Arlo essential spotlight camera. I've checked that my password is correct, it's on 2.4GHz and I'm close enough to my router. I even turned the brightness up on my phone. I have four other cameras "Different Brands" and they all connected with no issue.
