Installation of spotlight camera

I purchased a 4 pack of the spotlight cameras, only one of them performed the firmware update and actually works. The other 3 won’t seem to do anything, they won’t connect, charge or complete a firmware update. Seems odd when they are all out of the same box. Has anyone else experienced this and worked out how to fix it?

Try connecting power to one to charge at least somewhat. When the connection is made the blue LED should flash to indicate it's receiving power. Use the reset procedure found in the FAQs in the support section here. Hold the Sync button for >15 seconds to start the reset process - the LED should flash amber. After it reboots, try connecting again.
