Essential Spotlight cameras went offline, got connected after much work, went offline again then hub went offline with all cameras (Pro 2, Essential). Reboot, power cycled hub and still offline. Wifi is working in home. Was able to connect Essential camera directly to wifi not using hub. Hub will not connect to wifi no matter what I try, power down, reset to factory settings, try to reconnect as new device. I've spent hundreds of dollars on the system and now nothing works

If you've actually reset the base by holding the button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber, you also have to remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Claim the base and then add cameras. Make sure the base LEDs are green for power and Internet and the Camera LED is amber or off before claiming.
