My camera will not sync with the app. I hear the chime when the qr code is scanned. I am connected to the 2.4g internet. My phone does not have VPN turned on. Is there a way to contact Arlo by phone? I see that i should be able to for 90 days after purchase but I am still not able to call. I can purchase a subscription, which i plan on doing, to have phone support but to purchase a subscription i need to have a camera connected. I can't connect a camera and i can't contact support without a subscription which i can't get without connecting a camera. Any tips?

Make sure the camera is fully charged and attempt a factory reset: How do I factory reset and re-sync my Arlo camera?
After the reset is complete, try onboarding the camera again. Do you still experience the same behavior?
