I’ve tried to do the first setup for at least an hour but still can’t make it work. My mobile device is on the 2.4ghz network and vpn and such things are turned off. I can see in my ASUS router app that the camera is connected but I still can’t find it during setup. How is his possible?

Try resetting the camera by holding the Sync button on the botton for >15 seconds, until the LED flashes amber. Try the setup again.
