Essential wireless camears; video does not show in Android, does show in website

Beginning Saturday the videos are not showing in my smartphone (in the Library). I just get a spinning cursor thing. There is space in the Library for each video but I only get the spinning cursor. When an image shows in the Android notification  the image is there. At least once I was able to get the videos to appear by going to the devices and watching live video but usually that does not work and usually the live video does not work either, just blank. I have restarted my smartphone a few times.

The Arlo website works from my PC but I cannot use the website in my phone. In the website I can view the live video and the Library and everything works. So the problem is neither the cameras nor between the cameras and the router, the problem is obviously the app.

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

Did you read what I said? Please first ensure you read what I said. Note that reboot and restart are the same thing.

But you never said if you uninstalled and reinstalled the App as he suggested.
