I have 3 Arlo Essential spotlight cameras and my question : can They be set up on my laptop?

My laptop is running windows 11.

You should be able to login to your account using the edge browser to my.arlo.com. You will need to do the 2fa dance to trust the browser.

Be aware that you are only allowed to live stream the cameras for up to 30mins at a time so you will need to restart streaming again after they timeout.
