I had my Arlo account from my subscription with Verisure. This is now cancelled and Verisure told me to contact Arlo to have my Arlo account permanently deleted. There is no option to delete my account when I look under 'settings' or 'privacy centre'. Need this to be deleted please!

I’ve tried that but there is no option to delete my account as it states there. I’ve tried both on the app and by logging in using my laptop - no option on either

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app?  Or do you see "Library"?

I can see 'library' on both the app and on the website.

I am wondering where the guide goes wrong - are you seeing "Account" in step 4?

 

I see "Feed" myself, so can't try the paths you have.
