Hello all I have 3 essential spotlight cameras wireless for the outside of my house and I've noticed that when its in home mode it doesn't notify me when a person walks by or walks up to my door why is this and can I fix it ?

Which mode specifically are you using? Have you verified that there are appropriate rules for the cameras in that mode? Compare them to a different mode that has rules that work properlyu.
