My Essential wire free spotlight camera was bought from Best Buy on 7/13/2022. Unfortunately, the battery cannot be charged anymore. I tried all kind of methods from community. 
Since it is still in one-year warranty, I would like to get a replacement or repair. However, I cannot find a way to obtain RMA number from chatbot or community. 
Thank you for your help.

If you have a subscription for the camera, you will see a phone support option in the app.

 

The mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) can also assist.

Hi James,

thank you for the reply. chatbot cannot complete warranty claim, and I cannot go through from chatbot to live agent.  
Further help on warranty is require.
