How to change the Date and Time to New Zealand from Canada

I have tried several times to change the date and time to New Zealand but don't get any other option but Canadian time zone

Try changing your location to someplace in any other time zone and then back to reality to see if that helps.

Which user interface are you using - the old one that shows Library to view videos or the new one that uses Feed?
