Granting Access problem

I have added a fourth camera and am trying to give my husband full access to this new camera. He has previously been grant access to our first three cameras. However, the message I get when I select the new camera and enter his info and email and click 'send invite' is email previously used. How do i resolve this issue?

Have you tried removing his previous granted access first before adding him again?

Since he has already been granted access you should go to his account in Grant Access and add the new camera so he can see it. No need for a new invite.
