I updated my app yesterday and everything disappeared from the dashboard.  My base station has an amber light for the cameras and I can’t get anything sync.  When the app scans it has I have no Arlo devices.  Thinking about just moving to SimpliSafe this is so annoying

What base/hub do you have? Look on the bottom label for VMBxxxx.

 

Have you rebooted the base by removing power, waiting several seconds and plugging it back in? Is the Ethernet cable fully and properly connected on both ends?

Tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested.  No luck.  Tired of dealing with it.  Bought SimpliSafe cameras to replace Arlo
