I purchased 4 arlo cameras and they all went out and wouldn’t connect to servers anymore … I was Told by arlo customer service ( which I can no longer reach by phone) to return the cameras with the rma numbers that were emailed to me … I did just that .. paid for shipping and all only to receive 1 camera in return !! Who do I contact about my other cameras ….can I get a refund ??? This is unreal

@JamesC can assist.  You can send him a private message (PM) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.  Include the case number/RMA information. 

 

You can also onboard the camera you did receive - and assuming you have a subscription you can then contact support again.
