Essential spotlight wont charge.

Hi.

My camera just shows an image of an electrical plug on the app where the symbol of the battery should be, and i can only set up the camera while its plugged into the USB, and as soon as I pull out the lead the camera turns off. 

Basically it won't charge up. 

When I last synced it, it said it was doing a firmware update, so I assume its done.

It's either that the battery is dead or the camera is faulty. I can't guarantee this will help but it's worth a try.

Otherwise, use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to start the process for a possible RMA.
