Won’t connect

so I have two extensional spotlight, outdoor wireless cameras, and when I go to the set up process, it allows me to hit the sink button. Blue light comes on, and then connects to the QR code and chimes, but it won’t connect the cameras why

Have you tried onboarding the device via the web portal on a pc?
