Essential spotlight not charging

Recently purchased 3 Arlo essential spotlight outdoor cameras, camera 1 shows low battery, so charged it all night. Checked it in the morning and it was showing the solid blue light. When I checked on the app it never showed that the camera was charging, now today camera one shows it’s never been charged, and battery is too low to connect or do anything. Camera 2 is charging now and it does show its actually charging in the app.

Try the web client, too. Logging out and back into the app may show the proper battery display. Reboot the phone and reinstall the app to see if that helps, too.
