I am having trouble with my cameras detecting motion from plants moving on very windy days causing many notification and also causing my battery to deplete. I have wireless cameras powered by solar charging panels. I can not find where to adjust a setting to just detect people or vehicles.

That would be in Smart Notifications under Settings.
The camera will still record and then the servers decide whether to post the video or discard it so battery life will be unaffected. A PIR sensor has no smarts to be able to make decisions like this.
Repositioning the camera to eliminate the plants from the camera view as well as reducing the motion sensitivity in your modes and rules would be the best way to minimize false triggers.
