how to set scheduling for nights only? Arlo Essential Camera (VMC2020)

i would like my camera set of a schedule to where it only records at night, seeing that i have a night job. there's no way too set it up like that as far as i can tell...you know they want to charge a person every month for something that seems to me should be a very basic option. hopefully one of y'all know a work around. if not i am getting a real security set up, and stop messing with this cheap amazon crap.

Both of these articles are for the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view videos but there's a link near the top if you're using the new UI.
