Hi

I just bought 8 essinitial cameras, and installed 6 of them.

But only 4 of them is showing up in the libery, and the last 2 i can only see live.

I guess this have somethomg to do with subscribtion, but the cameras come with 3 month subscribtion.

What can i do.....?

DO all cameras show as having a subscription in Settings, Subscription? Have you checked the active mode to see if there are rules for every camera and that they have setting that include recording?

No only 4 show as having subscription, and in the settings for rules, i can't choose record.......
I'm sure it's something about subscription, but as I mentioned earlier, the cameras come with 3 months subscription......?

Try removing the problem cameras and reconnect. They should still get the trial.

and yes , i deleted the cameraes ane reinstalled them and everything is allright now...... 🙂
