My camera doesn’t go live where it say connect. Not sure as wifi signals are strong but probably it’s old as 3 years. Arlo doesn’t have any support for old customers which is a bad customer experience

The Essential Indoor camera requires a subscription for cloud recordings so if you have one you can access official support.
You may want to reboot the camera but it's possible that removing the camera from your account and add it back in might be needed.
