My doorbell won't  show video on answering. It just swirls.

I get the call and can answer but no video.

Hi @Jutta May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

 

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo app 4.6.1?
